Lucifron Strategy

  1. Clear the nearby dog packs
  2. 4 tanks will be assigned 2 on Lucifron 1 on each guard.
  3. On the pull, two Hunters should use Distracting Shot to peel the Flamewalker Protectors off and downhill to the back of the room to be tanked and killed by two tanks and the bulk of the raid. The Paladin in the MT group will bubble pull Lucifron.
  4. Main Tank and Offtank should tank Lucifron up the hill by the stalagmites
  5. Groups 1 and 2 (consisting of Warrior, Priest, Warlock, Paladin, Mage) will be up top. The Priest Warlock and Mage on the ledge while the Paladin and Warriors near Lucifron. 1 Paladin will keep Judgement of wisdom on Lucifron in between cleansing to make sure mana regen is available for the Priests.
  6. Groups 3 - 8 are at the back of the cave waiting for the hunters and tanks pulling the guards to bring them back to the raid group.
  7. The guards need to be killed one at a time. Those who have an AOE fear (e.g. Warrior's Intimidating Shout) should spend it as soon as possible so that they do not get Mind Controlled and have their Fear used on the raid (bringing a rage pot helps). They need to be kept away from the room with the Imps so that no one gets feared into the Imps. Assist the MA for which guard to kill.
  8. Once the guards are dead, focus on Lucifron. Be sure to back up and bandage if necessary.
  9. Paladins and Mages do nothing but decurse cleanse this entire fight, they should not worry about DPS or healing at all.
  10. When Mind Controlled announce in voice or raid chat you are Mind Controlled, with your name and someone will cleanse, dispell it for you.
