Spawn

Summons a spawn that will split into another spawn if not killed fast enought

Strategy
Despite the Elemental type they cannot be banished. The spawns come randomly and need to be killed fast as if they are left alive they will split and will continue to split until they are dead. The DOT needs to be removed ASAP as well. The tank get agro fast and then the raid attack the Firelord. Mages blizzard the area getting the Firelord and any spawns while the melee transfers targets and drops the spawns fast and then swaps back to the Firelord when the spawn is dead.
